I am writing to you today, in order to express my gratitude to your kind staff who took good care of me when I was in your hospital for the treatment of my disease.
I would like to thank Miss Diana, my nurse, who looked after me as a daughter, and my doctor Director Yang, translator Dr. Emma, nurses Joy &Rose and all the other staff. What’s more, I have to mention Dr. Sanny who patiently answered questions about the Chinese traditional herbal treatment of the disease. Of course, what also moved me was that he guided me to your hospital in person. His polite and cooperating personality in marketing is really your hospital’s treasure and pride.
I, along with my husband and my daughter, was on my last-hope-trip way to China with the effective dream of the treatment . On the first day, we were welcomed by a lot of people in your hospital, who assisted and guided us to the sickroom and helped us arrange everything besides, making us more aware of the disease and condition day by day was the other positive factor. For around the clock, different doctors and nurses were looking after me until the day I left the hospital.
I can’t appreciate enough because of the good things all above. However, I have a suggestion as well, which I believe can help you to increase foreign patients satisfaction. Yes, I think it’s better for your doctors to be well trained in English to make your excellent traditional Chinese medicine way spread to the world.
